About Me

“Getting a life coach was the biggest turning point of my life. That’s why I know it works!” ~ Tronél Hellberg

I believe the best coaches aren’t those who have had ‘perfect’ lives, but those who have used the tools to rebuild after life became difficult.

Hi! I’m Tronél Hellberg!

Since I was a little girl, I have had a deep soul-desire to uplift people and help them heal, shift, and thrive. Because the occupation I had in mind didn’t quite exist when I left school, I became a music teacher instead.

While I had a very successful career and enjoyed what I did, something was missing. Deep down, I knew I wanted to make a different kind of difference, but staying in my comfort zone felt easier than facing the uncertainty of a career change. But life has a way of kicking you out of the nest when you are ready—and boy, did it whack me right out of my comfort zone! I went through a traumatic professional experience where doing the right thing backfired, shaking my foundation to the core and leading to a collapse of the life I knew.

This “ground zero” moment forced me to seek help, re-evaluate, and rebuild my life. I found a life coach and, like a lotus flower rising from muddy water, a new life started to unfold from within—a journey from darkness to light. Looking back, I don’t see my first career as a waste of time, but rather as a way that prepared me for this new chapter.

Apart from creating the biggest shift in my life, coaching turned out to be exactly what I had envisioned doing for as long as I can remember: uplifting people and helping them heal, shift, and thrive.

The tools, deeper self-understanding, and clarity I gained through coaching became the directing force in my life. They helped me steer through some of life’s storms much more easily and with more resilience. I have used these tools to navigate the loss of my father, a divorce, toxic relationships, and the pain of abandonment by close family because I no longer subscribed to certain family beliefs. Most recently, they supported my decision to immigrate to New Zealand—managing that massive change, adapting to a new way of life, and growing new roots.

Because I have navigated these depths, coaching is something I do from the heart with empathy, understanding, and non-judgment.

If I could do it, you can do it too!

PS: While I moved from South Africa to New Zealand at the beginning of 2024, my heart and my coaching practice remain deeply connected to my roots. I continue to support my South African clients through online coaching, bringing a global perspective to the same dedicated, heart-centred service you’ve always known.
