From our first session, I will make it my mission to hear you, understand you and help you release your anxiety. I will guide you every step of the way until your anxiety is completely gone. Until you feel you can breathe again!

I will look at your anxiety holistically. You are an integrated unit which requires physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing. Together, we’ll figure it out and get to the root of your anxiety and its triggers.

From here, I’ll give you tools and techniques to gain control over the suffocating heart-pounding feelings. This is going to be your first step towards getting back your grip on life, coping better, quieting your mind and restoring inner calm.

During our sessions, I will focus a lot on mindfulness, adopting a healthy mindset, emotional freedom and inner healing. While mindfulness will help you to feel safe and settled within yourself again, the rest will allow you break free from overthinking and being stuck in your vortex of worries and “what ifs”. This makes me think of the first line of The Serenity Prayer you probably know:

“God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.”

By wanting control, we lose control, and by letting go of control, we gain control.

On your journey, you will discover how powerful you are, and how it’s possible to deliberately steer your life. At the same time, I will teach you the art of allowing – accepting the things beyond your control.
